1. Your items shall be shipped after your payment is received by the Third Party (Bank, West Union).
2. UPS/DHL/FedEx/TNT and so on express(door to door).
3. By air; Pls choose your favorite shipping method according to your detail requirements.
4. The shipping cost depends different weight; We will choose the cheapest and safest way according your detail quantities.
5. Normally, it will take around 3--7days from China to destination country. Pls note that some remote place will need more around 1-3days.

Q3: How to place an order?
1)Tell us Model name, quantity, color and other special requirements if any.
2) Proforma Invoice will be made and sent for your approval.
3)Production will be arranged upon receipt of your approval and payment or deposit.
4) Goods will be delivered as stated on the proforma invoice.
5) Payment: Western Union/TT.
6) Shipping Method: DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT/or customized option. It will take 3-7 days.
Q4: Does the product have a warranty?
A: We offer 3 months warranty for cartridges and 6 months warranty for batteries.
If the product is defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
